Why hydrogen peroxide?
In the disinfection process, hydrogen peroxide breaks down into the toxicologically harmless reaction products water and oxygen. With a suitable formulation, no residues remain on surfaces. The reaction is purely oxidative.
- Can be atomized, similar to water
- Good material compatibility at low concentrations up to 6%
- Handling and occupational safety at low concentrations largely uncritical
- Very wide range of microbiological effects
- No known gaps in impact
- No resistance formation known
