REOS - Reverse osmosis systems
REOS product groups
The REOS brand stands for the treatment of drinking water to produce demineralized water. This is done using reverse osmosis systems. The water is fed through a coordinated combination of pre- filters and activated carbon filters of the RO membrane, the core of the reverse osmosis system. By using the reversed osmotic principle, drinking water is prepared to become demineralized water. A downstream UV lamp is used as a safety element.

Reverse osmosis systems up to 80 l/h
The reverse osmosis systems up to 80 l/h are used for the production of demineralised water from drinking water. Permeat output levels 6, 7.5, 15 and 80 l/h are available. Different configurations are possible to adapt the equipment to the customer-specific requirements.
BO-RO-6/EC
The reverse osmosis system BO-RO-6/EC has a permeat output of nominally 6 l/h. The reverse osmosis system is available with L-brackets for simple mounting or with U-brackets. UV purification may also be selected as a safety element.
BO-RO-7.5/EC
With a permeat output of 7.5 l/h, BO-RO 7.5/EC is the most popular REOS reverse osmosis system. Equipped with a pressure booster pump, excellent outputs can be achieved. It may be equipped with UV purification as well as with L- or U-brackets for mounting. The LOG version is especially used in combination with AIRWIN fresh produce humidifiers.
BO-RO-15/EC
BO-RO-15/EC is generally used for multiple customers of demineralized water. Just like for the reverse osmosis systems with lower permeat output, configuration with UV purification and U- or L-brackets are available. The use of the reverse osmosis system with 15 l/h of permeat output is often combined with the universal humidifiers UB-8 and UB-12/18/24.
BO-RO-80/EC
Five filter elements and two pressure booster pumps mounted on a steel frame result in the high efficiency of the BO-RO-80/EC systems with a nominal permeat output of 80 l/h. The big permeat storage tank ensures breaks during the operation of the reverse osmosis systems and saves costs. UV purification is also an option as a safety element.
Accessories up to 80 l/h
Here you will find the accessories for the reverse osmosis systems up to 80 l/h of permeat output.
Reverse osmosis systems up to 450 l/h with PLC
The reverse osmosis systems up to 450 l/h with PLC provide advanced features. Conductivity measurement as well as a combination of pressure booster pump and permeat pump are integrated, ensuring excellent efficiency. A diagnostic interface is also available. The reverse osmosis systems up to 450 l/h with PLC come with a permeat storage tank which is integrated in the stainless steel housing. Easy operation via the front control panel.
BO-RO-50/EM
BO-RO-50/EM is used for permeat outputs up to 50 l/h. Main applications are in the industrial sector. The basic equipment includes conductivity measurement, a diagnosis port and an integrated permeat storage tank.
BO-RO-150/EM
Nominally, the steel-housed BO-RO-150/EM generates 150 l/h of demineralised water from drinking water. The basic equipment includes conductivity measurement, a diagnosis port and an integrated permeat storage tank.
BO-RO-300/EM
The reverse osmosis system BO-RO-300 / EM of the REOS product range offers a sufficient permeat output capacity for many applications with nominally 300 l/h. All components are integrated in a steel housing. The conductivity value is displayed on the front panel. The basic equipment includes conductivity measurement, a diagnosis port and an integrated permeat storage tank.
BO-RO-450/EM
With a permeat output of up to 450 l/h, the BO-RO-450/EM is the most powerful reverse osmosis system of the REOS range. This reverse osmosis system is used by many customers and in many applications requiring a high consumption of demineralised water in industry. The basic equipment includes conductivity measurement, a diagnosis port and an integrated permeat storage tank.
